Itinerary
DAY 1: CUSCO - CITY TOUR + NEARBY RUINS
Arribo a la ciudad de Cusco. Recepción y traslado al hotel seleccionado.
A la hora coordinada iniciaremos recojo de los hoteles, para comenzar con la visita a la ciudad y ruinas cercanas, visitaremos KORICANCHA edificio más sagrado e importante del imperio del Tahuantinsuyo también conocido como Templo del Sol.
El tour nos mostrará la impresionante ciudad colonial edificada sobre bases incas. Continuamos con la visita a las cuatro ruinas aledañas a Cusco: SACSAYHUAMAN (gran fortaleza ubicada a 5 Km. De la ciudad), QENQO (anfiteatro sagrado, centro de adoración al dios Puma, lugar donde se hacían sacrificios humanos), PUCAPUCARA (“Fortaleza Roja” debido a la tonalidad que adquiere sus rocas con la luz del crepúsculo) y TAMBOMACHAY (templo para rendir culto al agua). Retorno al hotel.

DAY 2: SACRED VALLEY

At the time of pick up at the hotel. Tour to the Sacred Valley of the Incas. Tour of the town of Pisac, a picturesque colonial mestizo town. In the same way, on Sundays the mass is celebrated in Quechua. Then we visit on the way the towns of Ccoya, Lamay, Calca and Urubamba. Buffet lunch. In the afternoon, guided visit of the town of Ollantaytambo, where the archaeological park of Ollantaytambo is located, a gigantic agricultural, administrative, social, religious and military complex in the times of the Tahuantinsuyo. Return to Cusco through the town of Chincheros, ancient Inca agricultural center of beautiful Andean landscape. Highlights its colonial church.

DÍA 3: FULL DAY MACHUPICCHU
A la hora coordinada, traslado a la estación de tren para iniciar nuestro viaje a la ciudadela de Machu Picchu. Luego de un recorrido de 3:15 Hrs. llegaremos a la estación Puente Ruinas, donde tomaremos los buses que nos llevarán a la Ciudad Perdida de los Incas, “Machu Picchu”, el más famoso ejemplar de arquitectura inca. Fue descubierta en 1911, por Hiram Bingham. Disfrutaremos de una excursión guiada por las principales edificaciones de la ciudadela como: El Mirador, Templo de las Tres Ventanas, el Intihuatana, La Plaza Principal, etc.
At the end of this tour we will take the bus down to the town of Aguas Calientes where you will have free time for lunch.

DAY 4: MARAS / MORAY
Breakfast at the hotel.
We start picking you up from your hotel between 8:30 and 9.00 am. An hour from Cusco, Moray is considered a center of agricultural research of the Incas, a unique place where the great ring of circular terraces provided different micro-climatic conditions, which allowed to observe and improve the various crops that were produced at different altitudes in the ancient empire. We continue on to the ancient salt mine of Maras, where the salt water coming down from the mountain fills thousands of wells and evaporates, producing salt of high culinary quality. Here, you will perceive a unique visual panorama in the world, perfect for taking beautiful pictures. We return to your hotel in Cusco around 14 hrs approx.
